Mr. Marwan Fakhriddin began his career in the retail business in 1954 in Kuwait. His business flourished over the years and he developed several franchises of high-end fashion lines. In the mid 1980s Mr. Fakhriddin bought shares of a hotel in Amman called Al Qasr, which is what is now AlQasr Metropole Hotel, a recognized boutique hotel. The Hotel became completely managed and owned by the family by 1990. In 1991 ATICO Fakhreldin Group was established as a Jordanian company operating in multi-service hospitality management.

Mr. Anz heads the SME Investment Fund, a JD 125 million, private equity fund established in 2017 by major banks operating in Jordan with a mandate to invest in successful Jordanian small to medium-sized companies. Mr. Anz is a CFA Charterholder in addition to an MBA in Finance with Highest Honors and Valedictorian from NYIT, he also holds a BA in Economics with great distinction from McGill University.
Ms. Al-Hunaiti joined the SME Investment Fund as a Director in March 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Al-Hunaiti has extensive experience in portfolio management, restructuring and strategic planning. She is a CFA Charterholder with a Bachelor of Finance from Yarmouk University and holds IFC’s Corporate Directors Certification.
Maher has been part of ATICO Fakhreldin Group for 25 years, gaining experience and excelling in his field. His current post encompasses managing the operational area in such a manner that customer satisfaction and budgeted profit margins are achieved and that a good company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth.

Mr. Al Zeq has worked extensively over the past 17 years in various cost control positions in the hospitality industry. Mr. Al Zeq will work on developing and implementing strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
BA in Commerce with over 45 years experience in auditing, sales and export. Manages all purchase related issues and is primarily responsible for sourcing the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible purchase cost. The evaluation of suppliers based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection variety is part of the Purchasing Manager’s role.
BA in Business Administration. Responsible for all corporate social activities, charities, contribution to the community and other activities in connection with non-profit organizations. Manages all event organization and is responsible for the production of events from conception through to completion.
Mr. Saleh has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and 9 years of experience with strong financial expertise including budget development and compliance. As a Personnel Manager Mr. Saleh serves as an important role in developing the team, hiring, and overseeing clerical and administrative duties.
With over 12 years experience in network management & IT professional support, Mr. Mustafa is currently responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all activities related to information systems, hardware, software and the network of ATICO Fakhreldin Group. He is also in charge of evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
Mr. Huneidi holds a B.Sc. in Marketing and brings over 13 years of regional experience in the field. He has held key roles such as media planner, marketing relations specialist, and marketing strategist.
As Marketing Manager, he oversees market research, campaign development, budgeting, and team leadership and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, analyze trends, and deliver effective marketing strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
Ms. Shannak has a B.A. in Design & Visual Communications, with 10 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, branding, social media and creating visual concepts. As a Creative Manager, Ms. Shannak will be responsible for monitoring and approving digital content drafts used for media advertising, social media communications, and other related marketing campaigns. She will design layouts, ensuring that the team follow the requirements and high-quality standards.
Ms. Wadi has a B.A in Press and Media Preparation with over 15 years in the hospitality industry as well as in guest relations’ management. Currently her responsibilities include planning and delivering customer relations strategies across the company while managing customer retention, loyalty and satisfaction which includes overseeing direct communications with customers. The ATICO Jewel Program is also part of her responsibility.
