For two days only on 21st of June for dinner and 22nd of June for lunch and dinner, Chef Iñaki Uribe and Sommelier Mikel Garaizabal Pildain presented a special menu paired with matching wine.
Chef Iñaki Uribe has lead a professional path ever since his graduation in 1986. As a chef at many restaurants in Spain and USA and a few years back he launched the Saltsan Katerin, a catering business focused on preparing traditional cuisine with high-quality ingredients and founded on learning and teaching, through cooking classes. While, Sommelier Mikel Garaizabal Pildain is a promoter of the wine culture and holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism, Viticulture and Winemaking, and Sommelier. Since 1996 he has been dedicated to the world of wine and has provided more than 4,500 tastings, courses and presentations in different countries.
