We are looking for a skilled and motivated F&B Captain to lead our front-of-house team . The F&B Captain will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining and service staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Assist in staff training and development programs.
- Oversee table reservations and manage seating arrangements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Captain or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
