Mr. Marwan Fakhriddin began his career in the retail business in 1954 in Kuwait. His business flourished over the years and he developed several franchises of high-end fashion lines. In the mid 1980s Mr. Fakhriddin bought shares of a hotel in Amman called Al Qasr, which is what is now AlQasr Metropole Hotel, a recognized boutique hotel. The Hotel became completely managed and owned by the family by 1990. In 1991 ATICO Fakhreldin Group was established as a Jordanian company operating in multi-service hospitality management.

Mr. Fakhriddin has a BA in Hospitality Management with Real Estate Finance and Revenue Management, and is involved in the process of planning for future growth by identifying new opportunities and adding value to the company by achieving effective channels to drive advancement and success.
Mr. Anz heads the SME Investment Fund, a JD 125 million, private equity fund established in 2017 by major banks operating in Jordan with a mandate to invest in successful Jordanian small to medium-sized companies. Mr. Anz is a CFA Charterholder in addition to an MBA in Finance with Highest Honors and Valedictorian from NYIT, he also holds a BA in Economics with great distinction from McGill University.
Ms. Al-Hunaiti joined the SME Investment Fund as a Director in March 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Al-Hunaiti has extensive experience in portfolio management, restructuring and strategic planning. She is a CFA Charterholder with a Bachelor of Finance from Yarmouk University and holds IFC’s Corporate Directors Certification.
Maher has been part of ATICO Fakhreldin Group for 25 years, gaining experience and excelling in his field. His current post encompasses managing the operational area in such a manner that customer satisfaction and budgeted profit margins are achieved and that a good company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth.
Mr. Petro has a Diploma in Hotel Management and Finance for Hotels & Restaurants from the American Hotels Association. Over the past thirty years plus, in the Hospitality Industry, he has worked with international brands in various countries, with a multitude of tasks and assignments. His expertise supported and developed systems for new businesses and the appropriation of 5-star hotels, by creating systems and policies within the financal and operational frameworks. As the Financial Manager Mr. Petro, is passionate and enthusiastic about new challenges and enjoys new tasks, and his core responsibilities include budget management, developing financial forecasts, cost control and maximizing profits.
Mr. Al Zeq has worked extensively over the past 17 years in various cost control positions in the hospitality industry. Mr. Al Zeq will work on developing and implementing strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
BA in Commerce with over 45 years experience in auditing, sales and export. Manages all purchase related issues and is primarily responsible for sourcing the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible purchase cost. The evaluation of suppliers based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection variety is part of the Purchasing Manager’s role.
BA in Business Administration. Responsible for all corporate social activities, charities, contribution to the community and other activities in connection with non-profit organizations. Manages all event organization and is responsible for the production of events from conception through to completion.
With More than 18 years of experience in IT solutions and consulting, Mr. Fadi Mustafa leads the planning, coordination, and execution of information systems at ATICO Fakhreldin Group. He oversees IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks, while also evaluating and optimizing electronic data operations. Recognized for his consultative approach, he specializes in aligning technology strategies with business goals to drive efficiency and growth.
Mr. Saleh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and brings over 13 years of professional experience in human resources management. His career spans HR administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, and compliance, giving him a comprehensive perspective on managing people and processes effectively. With a strong background in developing HR strategies, budget control, and staff development, he has built a reputation for fostering employee engagement and driving organizational excellence. His expertise also extends to implementing HRIS systems and process improvements that enhance efficiency and support long-term growth. At ATICO Fakhreldin Group, Mr. Saleh leads the human resources function, overseeing strategy, compliance, recruitment, and employee development. He works closely with management and staff to cultivate a high-performing culture, align HR practices with the company’s vision, and ensure that the organization continues to grow on both a professional and human level.
Mr. Huneidi holds a B.Sc. in Marketing and brings over 13 years of regional experience across the Middle East and Gulf region. He has worked with leading global corporations such as Samsung, as well as SMEs, gaining valuable expertise on both the client and agency sides.
With a strong background in marketing, sales, business development, and relationship management, he has developed a well-rounded perspective on both B2B and B2C markets.
At ATICO Fakhreldin Group, Mr. Huneidi leads the marketing function, overseeing strategy, annual planning, budgeting, market research, and campaign development. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance brand presence and drive sustainable business growth.
Ms. Shannak holds a B.A. in Design & Visual Communications and has over a decade of experience in branding, graphic design, strategic design, advertising, and campaign development. She plays a key role in maintaining ATICO Group’s visual identity and impact. As Creative Manager, she leads creative projects across the company’s outlets and departments, overseeing concept development, production, and visual content creation. She also reviews and approves all digital content and final artworks to ensure quality and consistency.
Ms. Wadi holds a B.A. in Business Studies – Marketing Path and brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in guest relations management. Currently she is responsible for planning and implementing customer relations strategies across the company, with a strong focus on customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. Her duties also include overseeing direct communication with customers. Additionally, she also manages the ATICO Jewels Program.
