ATICO App, which offers food delivery, reservations, menu browsing, loyalty rewards,
and other related services. It does not apply to any other applications, websites,
or services provided by ATICO or third parties, unless explicitly stated.

We collect various types of information in order to provide and improve our services.
This includes personal information you directly provide to us, as well as data
automatically collected through your interactions with the App.

outlets differ slightly from those shown in the App due to updates or timing delays.

have usage restrictions or validity periods.

Currently, ATICO’s food delivery services are limited to specific areas within Amman, Jordan.
We reserve the right to expand or limit these service areas at any time. If you are outside
our delivery areas, we may not be able to fulfill your order request.

You can access and update your account information directly within the ATICO App or
by contacting us. We encourage you to keep your information accurate and up-to-date.
9.2 Delete Your Data
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

is received from the restaurant.

reservation system errors may lead to incorrect or unverified reservations. In such cases,
ATICO is not liable for any inconveniences, and we recommend verifying any unclear reservation
directly with the restaurant.
- Cancellation or Modification: Please contact us if you need to cancel
or modify a reservation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests,
but we cannot guarantee availability.
12. Third-Party Developers and Confidentiality
The ATICO App is developed and maintained by a trusted software development company
under strict contracts and confidentiality agreements. These agreements
prohibit the development team from using, sharing, or retaining user data for any purpose
other than those specified by ATICO.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes
outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or
permitted by law. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely
delete or de-identify it according to our internal data retention policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes
will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version within the App. You
