Iraqi Artist Maria Nissan, in a collaboration installation project with Wild Jordan Center, aimed to draw awareness to the environment and try to make a change. Over a few weeks, Ms. Nissan, asked eco-friendly and conscious guests to contribute to this installation by bringing in plastic bags, plastic bottles and straws, which were collected in assigned recycling bins. Ms. Nissan was then able to build a canopy of treated plastic, to cover a newly erected structure over the outdoor Market Place space. This space has recently been welcoming pets, with their owners, who can enjoy the outdoor space with their loved ones.
