We’ve successfully maintained the recycling and reuse program of glass and metal, from all restaurants including; Fakhreldin Restaurant, Kebab Express, Solaya Restaurant & Lounge, Ren Chai and Yoshi.
And more recently, we’ve partnered with another company, committed to waste segregation, at AlQasr Metropole Hotel. This also includes all of its restaurants; AlQasr Garden, The Nub, Trattoria Restaurant & Lounge and Vinaigrette. This method encourages the discard of waste in a conscious manner, in order to enhance and improve recycling, composting and removing organic waste from various discarded material.
