Our Customer Care Team, are always keen on introducing ways to reach out to our guests, in order to make sure that their experience at any of ATICO Fakhreldin Group outlets was of the highest standard. That’s why our “Comment Cards” are a direct means of communicating with our guest at all of our outlets. The ‘won’t take so long’ card will then reach our CC Team which enables them to make sure that guest feedback is used to improve and develop our performance.
